All Thappu drums from Thappu.com are custom made to order based on your selected size, color, and specifications. Because each drum is handcrafted for you, all sales are final and non-returnable.

Defects and Damage Policy

If you notice any manufacturing defect or shipping damage, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order. We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it promptly.
After the 72-hour window, any issues or damage will need to be addressed through our “Repair Your Thappu” program.

Because of the natural wear and impact thappus experience through regular use, no expressed or implied warranty is provided after delivery.
